The PC you are on now, as its label says, e.g. PC-012.

e.g. PC-031.

Leave it empty if you don't know yet.

e.g. a render for a project, or your own PC is in repair.

You need no login. Nothing is checked and nothing is blocked: this is a record of who is where. You will get an email with a link to press when you are back.
